Spent 2,500 to have him tell me 9 months later that the pipe he connected to wasn't covered understand I don't expect a replacement of the pipe for free. But I sent pics and he said it looks like the pipe was rotting. I'm not a plumber but how can you tell from a picture without looking at the rubber boot you replaced at least he could have come and looked at it... Hummm just wanted him to look at and slide the boot up if necessary. And if the pipe connected to his work was rotted then we would move forward with options. He bragged about being a journeyman and has all these certifications then says his work is "lifetime" but when contacted after pics just blew us off ... Go corporate pay the little extra so you won't have to deal with this guy in less than a year...also he didn't morter or tar the main hole after he did his work..he instructed me how to do it and the materials I needed but man this guy's service...watch out.
