| Taylor Pretzel | The service itself was great and what was expected!! So that's awesome! On the other hand, I scheduled the appointment online and left an email and a phone number. Once I completed that process it said, “Someone will be contacting you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment”. No one ever called to confirm so I assumed my appointment was never actually scheduled. Then the day rolls around and they call and say they want to come early. Luckily I work close to home and was able to sneak away for a little bit. Also, one of the technicians asked to use my restroom. I've had a lot of service technicians in my house and have never had one ask that I also get some people just have to do what you have to do, but still weird to me. But I felt bad for his coworker. He was in there for a good 15 minutes and didn't help his coworker much at all. Just wandered around the house enough to give me kind of a weird feeling. But other than the experience itself, the service was good. |

Not sure why so much standing water has to remain that does leave a cloudy residue on the floor. But what do we know.... |
