Last Saturday, I received a call that there was no water in my house in Pentwater. Suspecting a problem with the well, I called Gustafson and left a voicemail message for them to call me back. When I didn't get a call on Monday, I called them and explained the problem. The lady said that their crew was on a couple of emergencies but would call me back. I heard nothing and called back on Monday afternoon only to get the message machine. Since then I have called four times and asked to be called back with no call back. Late this afternoon I called a firm in Ludington and they will go to the house tomorrow morning to ascertain the problem. I called Gustafson as it is local and my neighbor had a good experience with them. I would not recommend them given my experience.
