If I could grieve this company negative stars for how their owner operates his company I would. His team was fantastic and very professional. We did get a heat exchanger replaced. Upon completion we had an odor that they said was just oil burning off the new equipment and it would go away in a few days. After a week we still noticed it. When I called back they said we could still be experiencing the oil burn off due to the unseasonably warm winter here. After over a month the sent was there present I checked my propane tank and noticed over. 30 drop, not normal consumption for our small home at all. We called again and someone came out to look. They found a gas leak from a connection that didn't set correctly. The tech on site said the guy who did the install should have run a certain test and did not to check for leaks. So for 40 days we had a propane leak. I knew where my gas usage was before and after this situation so I inquired about this prior to the tech leaving my house with the company office. The women said absolutely she would talk to the owner Dennis. I did not get a call back so I called again a few days later. He was not in so they said they would have him call me. A week went by, no call. I called again, was told the women I originally spoke to and Dennis were both out of the office that week but they would take the message and someone would call me back. Another week goes by, I call after hours to leave a message, no call back again. Today I finally talk to Dennis. He asked what I was looking for and I said I am concerned that I lost utility and I am ok contracted gallons I may burn through quickly now and we had a gas leak for 40 days in my home. He said there's no way we lost that gas and the leak was so small there's no way to determine loss. He hung up on me twice and I was calm with him. I called a third time and this time asking why no one reached out when I called so many times before, his response “I was hoping you got coke common sense” and hung up again. I'm appalled at his lack of professionalism. Kudos to who Dennis for running your own business and getting away with it while acting like a child. I really am not hear to blast Dennis but to instead warn others to how he operates. It's not the employees fault as they were very good but this guys gets all the benefits of their work. I would not support a character like this ever in the future and I would steer clear completely if your looking for an HVAC company just because of his communication and lack of professionalism.

I have a protection plan through DTE and I couldn't be happier with the service I received!!! I am absolutely impressed. My furnace was fixed the day I called! Dave was my technician, he was timely and professional. When I called I was unable to give them a model because I was at a relative's house. This company is so educated on their trade that they brought me the exact part I needed motor blower and had it ready to go in their van before even arriving to my house!! Thank you so much Oxford Plumbing and Heating!
