We had a leaking outdoor faucet. DeLong Plumbing took my call and was there the next day. It ended up being a difficult job and I'm so happy it all got resolved. I cannot thank Mr. DeLong for his excellent service, and more important, his kind and genuine personal nature.

We had a very bad experience with Roger DeLong. He was suppose to come to perform WRC device testing and never showed up. I called him and he was extremely rude but said he would stop over. I left the check under the mat which I told him I would do but he called me, was rude, and said he was leaving because I wasn't home! I told him again the check was under the mat. He ended up doing he testing but never sent the results to WRC like he said he would. After multiple calls he finally sent it. The thing that bothered me the most was he was very condensing and mean. Will never use them again!

We had our water heater replaced by Roger and his son this morning, and we couldn't be happier. They finished the job in less than two hours, and they charged us a very reasonable price. When I called initially, Roger was really nice and personable on the phone and was very patient with answering all of my questions. It's always refreshing to find a business owned by honest, trustworthy people, so I will definitely be calling these guys for all of our plumbing needs in the future. I also got a quote from another company in the area, and they were going to charge 500 more and the water heater they offered wasn't as good of a model. Definitely go with Delong plumbing if you're looking for a reasonably priced, honest plumbing company!
