I called and left a message on a Sunday evening and followed up with an email through their website that same evening not expecting any response until Monday morning. 1pm on Monday rolled around and I hadn't yet heard from the company, so I called. I was greeted friendly enough and told that they'd try and get someone scheduled to come to my house that day or the next and that they'd call me back with the appointment information. 4pm rolled around and I still hadn't heard back, so I called again. I was told that the office had spoken to a crew person and that they'd be able to come out on Tuesday, but that they'd have to call or text me later with a window of time for the work. I never received a call or text. I called Tuesday morning at 8:30am, left a voicemail and called again at 10:30am, no one answered. I gave up and called another company. I completely understand if you're too busy and can't fit someone into the schedule, but if that's the case then the customer deserves your honesty by being told just that.
