About 6 months later I called them to complete the 2 jobs they quoted. They came out and did the first job which was replacing a sump pump. Excellent work! They said they were pretty busy and would have to come back for the other plumbing job which was rerouting some PVC drain pipes. A couple weeks go by and I dont hear from them. I called and said I just wanted to remind them about the job. Its not an emergency so whenever they can. Couple more weeks go by still nothing called again for another reminder. Still haven't heard back. Follow up is important even if it to say you cant do the job. |
