Carol	I gave them two stars because they charge a 15 restocking fee if you return something. I can see charging a restocking fee if something is a special order but not when you buy it right off the shelf. The restocking fee was never mentioned on the invoice and I didn't notice any sign by the register when I made my purchase. The sign is on the wall right below the ceiling where nobody can see it. Even the salesperson said people don't see it.
FDM	Very knowledgeable and have all the hard to get plumbing supplies that big box stores do not keep in stock.
