Iceberg values their customers like no other. Everyone is so nice and helpful and you can tell they really care about their customers. They treat you like family; they're always there and they always care!!! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!!

Steven was professional, courteous, patient and explained step by step what he was doing, why and the results. I felt at ease with what he told me about my furnace's functioning and repair needs. I like that the company offers different level pricing on products and repair costs. That is a great thing! Everyone that we came into contact with was very courteous and professional. Both Steve Barnett along with Josh and Jeremy and Carl Bolster had no problem answering all of our questions. We were very impressed. We also appreciate the “heads up” from the office letting us know that our technician was on his way. Also included was a picture of that tech so we knew exactly who to expect when we answered the door.
