Not pleased at all. I was told that the job would cost an hourly rate of 150 and so that the cost would vary depending on how long it took them. When I received the bill, it was not itemized and was 200 more than anticipated, according to the hours we had logged of their work someone was present in the home when all work was done. When I called to inquire about the discrepancy in expected cost based on the hourly rate, the owner kind of hemmed and hawed, but eventually said he would send an itemized bill. We would have understood if there was a surcharge on it or something of that nature for the difficulty of the job, but no, it was indeed that they misrepresented the hours they had worked. So I called to ask about that, in thinking it was perhaps a simple mistake. He seemed offended that I asked, and then stated, "well, we usually bid per job, not an hourly rate". Well, OK, but that is not what he had quoted to me for pricing. So I tried a different tact and asked where the extra 1 1/2 hours accumulated. He said, "well, our time starts from when we load on until we load off the vehicle at the shop". I responded, "so it took an hour each day to do that?" He rudely responded, "well apparently so". This would make sense if we lived a half hour or hour away, but they are literally 5 minutes away from where we live, and the job didn't require any special or heavy duty items that would take forever to on and off load. This was blatant hour-padding! In addition, the job was done incorrectly which left our bathroom pipes leaking, so they ultimately had to come back a few weeks later anyway to fix what they had done incorrectly the first time. I will never use this company again nor recommend them.

I have used them multiple times with excellent results every time. They work very efficiently and get the job done fast and properly. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting work done to call them first. You will not be disappointed.
