Chris Holda	Surprisingly poor customer service for a small town hardware store. Bought 2 items, asked for a larger bag, and got hassle for it! Really?!? It's a plastic bag. Cashier said “I do this for a living”. Ok. But I have about 50 things to carry into the house and a plastic bag with a handle on it would work better for me. Extremely petty of them. Are they that strict about which bags to give customers?!? Crazy. I grabbed a used one off the floor. Hard to believe that you can get better service in a big box store. Will just go to Lowes or Menards next time. Don't mind paying a premium for good service. Not going to waste my time just because it is a local mom and pop business.
R Flow	Ordered a smoker from their online site, delivered to store for free. Went to pick it up and a very pretty young lady helped got me all taken care of.
