These guys are great! We had a furnace issue during the coldest night of the winter so far. They sent a tech out as soon as possible. To our dismay, our furnace was beyond repair. The initial tech gave me a ballpark price for a new furnace and it sounded very reasonable. They got a crew out to replace our furnace as soon as possible. Our road and driveway was VERY icy but the techs were great sports about it. I even rolled out the red carpet for them to avoid falling on the ice see the picture. They did great work on the furnace despite a few hiccups due to the placement of a clean out drain. We also needed a new thermostat which hadn't been accounted for. My thought was "oh boy, it took longer due to issues from the design of the house AND we needed a fancy new thermostat, this is going to cost a fortune"..... NOPE! the price was EXACTLY what the initial tech told me a few days prior. I was shocked in a good way!. Greg really knows how to do right by the customer, he and his crew have earned my business for all future projects. I would not hesitate to recommend Canfield.

This company always gets it right the first time, and usually has the parts in stock. When you're told a time window for your appointment, they stick to it, even calling to give a heads up on arrival time. The Technicians always put on protective shoe covers, take the time to explain and are very courteous and careful not to damage your house.
