The only redeemable part of my experience has been Matt. He has been a dream and should be promoted to the highest level. The rest I feel has not been delivered in the time or quality that I was led to believe I would have. Part of the reason we chose the company was because they did things in the winter and would be able repair the driveway in the winter as we were told by the company. It is two months later and we still don't have an estimate of when it will be done. They did the repair of the actual plumbing really quickly. I was impressed by that until they demanded payment when done and would not leave if they didn't receive. The problem was they told me I didn't need to be home and I was two hours away for work. I also feel perhaps the driveway would be done already if they still had the motivation of getting paid. So even though they have offered a chance at a substantial gift card for a five star review, I do not believe they come close to deserving one.

The sump pump in our finished basement died after 17 long years of service. This happened during the winter during a time when it warmed up enough to have all the snow melt causing our sump pump to work harder than normal. After calling around and looking at company reviews, I selected Roto-Rooter because of their strong Google review ratings. My experience was the same. Upon calling they were very friendly and immediately dispatched Bruce to come out...this was in the late afternoon and I didn't expect immediate service. Bruce was very friendly upon arrival and did a good job detailing the work and new sump pump options. The work was performed and the new sump pump was operating in less than an hour. I was very pleased with responsiveness and quality of work.

Todd was dispatched to my home for a drainage issue with my main floor toilet. He arrived with a smile, and was very professional and polite. He also communicated with my home warranty company very professionally and completed the job in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. Todd is definitely an asset to your company, five stars!
