| Carroll | Our house was delivered in August of 2019. We were told it would take 3 weeks for it to be move in ready. October rolls around and we're still not in our house. We had a buyer for our current house and Nye assured us we would in by early November before the closing date of our current home. We weren't and the sale of our current house fell through. I told them I needed to be in by Christmas and was, again that we would be. This also didn't happen. We were not able to move in until January. There are still a few odds and ends to be completed. We didn't receive keys to our home until March. And the odds and ends are still not done. Such as trim on our stairs and screws for our dining room chandelier. We contact them but often they do not respond. |
