Had them at my home to replace broken water lines fast forward 2 years and the MAIN water line is broken and rather than come out and fix the problem the secretary hung up on me over a dozen times and finally spoke to the female owner who chose to lecture me on my manners I was upset but calm and hung up on me. After a looooot of phone tag she tells me that they wont honor any previous guarantees and refuse to do anymore work on my home and even if I were to pay the full cost of replacing the main water line they wont do it! Money well wasted and my kids still wont have water. RUN FAR RUN FAST! |
