If there was a Zero option that's what I would give them. My mother who has been a customer of Franks plumbing for over 50 years. Sadly over the last month or so they have lost a faithful customer. She will never use them ever again for a plumbing problem. My mother and I called Franks in the beginning of September when the hot water knob in the shower wouldn't turn off of the water flow anymore. We had just recently bought a house that is about 50 years old with all the original parts even carpet and the roof, which we replaced since purchasing. Franks said they would come out and take a look at out problem. There was a man and woman and they showed up early. They were here for about 15-20 minutes. I was told they only temporarily fixed the knob. The whole knob and faucet would have to be replaced and maybe the dry wall over the plumbing might have to be taken down in the closet that was right next to the tub. That was fine everything was cool. It was a Thursday I believe and the man said he would be in touch with us to set up a time when the parts they have to order come in and he would have time to install. I said okay and off they went. They did the same screw job we did to get the water off from going crazy the night before I called them. One week goes by I call and the lady says the parts are not in yet. I waited another good week and called again. She told me there wasn't any parts in yet and so I informed my mother and she went there and asked them face to face what the deal was and the lady explained the same to her about how they have been ordered and she is waiting for them to come in and it should be within the next week. Well another week-week in a half goes by and the water is leaking very bad to the point where the hot water heater was needing to be shut off at night to prevent the hot water heater from burning up. I called again and I asked about a time frame because at this point its serious from the hot water it was starting to affect the paint and making the walls sweat. I got no where the lady laughed at me and told me she was waiting for answers and a time frame as well. Needless to say if I hadn't called another plumbing company we would still be waiting on the plumbing to get fixed. The whole house hold here is very upset at Franks Plumbing for acting in this manor. I hope they treat other customers with some type of punctuality otherwise I foresee this business a thing of the past. Thank goodness for the other plumbing company coming in and in 20 minutes our problem was solved.

Seems like I'm not the only one getting poor customer service. They were scheduled to arrive around 3:00. At 4:15 I called the office and was told they may still be out, and that she would know for sure shortly. I said to please call me if they were not coming. Well, they were a no-show, no phone call, no apology, no follow-up call to reschedule-----complete disregard for the customer. Obviously, they don't need the business, but should at lease acquire some manners and respect for other people.
