We needed to replace our old hot water heater. I contacted Thornton and Grooms because we have been using them for many years and I felt very comfortable with their professional approach. The two technicians, Curt and Brandon arrived right on time and were extremely neat and professional. We could not be happier with Curt and Brandon. They took time to explain every step of the operation. There are plumbers, and then there's Thornton and Grooms. They are the benchmark from which others measure. Couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Thornton & Grooms. I like that they keep you updated on arrival times of the technician. I like that they send me a picture of their technician before they come so I can be confident letting them into my home. They always do great work and clean up when they are done. We had Kyle S. here today fixing shut off valve to our kitchen sink. He was friendly, professional and kept me informed.

Tony was great! Very professional and nice. He even played with my puppy while he waited on me to finish a business call. Very through and informative. We will definitely be using him/them for our repairs. Thank goodness we have a moment to get our finances together to take care of this unforeseen sump issue.
