Nice units but you sign up for automatic payment; they don't take the payments the precede to LOCK the unit!! And NEVER answer the freaking phone!!!

Very unprofessional. Ken failed to inform us about a fee. Upon asking to have the fee waived, because we were unaware of it and had not charged our customer as a result who we wouldn't charge unless we told them upfront about the fee. Asking for the fee to be waived as a courtesy, not saying we would not pay. Ken proceeded to lecture our employee. He then proceeded to leave a one star review on our company page. We will no longer use four seasons septic as a vendor and would recommend alternatives if you have a choice.

Called at 4:45 on a Friday to have a septic tank pumped out at two of my rentals. It was an emergency. Sewage backing up into the bathtubs I live out of state and didn't know who to call. The guy on the phone laughed at me and said you expect me to go out 15 minutes before closing time on a Friday. I told him if they had an after hours fee I would gladly pay it. I told him I had a general idea where the lid was but not exactly because I inherited the property and never had to deal with this yet. He then told me that it had to be located and dug up already before they would come out which I thought was odd because down home the companies I deal with do it all. He referred me to someone to locate and dig it up. So I asked him if they would come out on Saturday to pump it once it was located. He said yeah but you need to let me know that it's been dug up and located before quitting time, which by now was only five minutes away. Or I could call Monday and he could see about fitting me in. What a joke. I told him never mind I would find a company that wanted to work. Which I did. County wide septic systems came out located it dug it up and pumped it all in under an hour and a half. Guess I know who to call for the rest of my properties.
