| Rochelle Walton | I give them one star only because I couldn't subtract or leave it blank. They came out to unclog a drain, repair a leaking toilet and replace a garbage disposal. He arrived in his personal vehicle with no tools and stated he would prefer cash and email a receipt which he never did. They took our deductibles and never returned! We have been contacting them via text, email and leaving voice messages with them and complaints with the home warranty company. They have never received a call back and its been over 6 weeks. Our claims were approved through CHOiCE Home Warranty dont ever buy them either, terrible service and poor claim reimbursement. I am also reporting both companies to the BBB. BUYER BEWARE!!! |
