I work for the Karcher Agency and I called McCarthy Plumbing, they came out to our building within 30 minutes. Checked out the problem set up a time to come back out the next morning as it was not a emergency. Came back the next morning fixed the issue right away and completely cleaned the area up after they fininished. Fantastic work Mike and your partner that was with you.

I called to set up a service call for a problem I was having. The receptionist took my name/number and Jerry called me back. He asked about what problem I was having and was able to make suggestions about what could be happening and what to do on my own. He even was in my area and drive through the neighborhood to find city trucks at work. He saved us both our time & my money by triaging me over the phone!! I will definitely call them again when I have a “real” plumbing problem! Thanks Jerry!

Had a heck of a time getting another well known area plumber out to fix a leaking cold water pipe under my sink. Called McCarthy and they were out early the next day when they said they would be. Very nice plumber. Neat, efficient and timely. Reasonably priced. Will use again.
