Gary came out to give me a quote to install a shampoo chair as well as several others, he was the fairest quote I received of 200-300 dollars. I decided to go with him because of this. After installing my shampoo chair he wouldn't tell me a price in person and said he'd send me a bill. I knew something was up, I received the bill and he charged me over 1000 dollars. Laying himself for labor at over 100 dollars and hour. There was ZERO communication that there would be such a large increase number. He was rude when I asked him what had happened and how on earth a 3 hour job quoted at max 300 turned into 1000 dollars. I would NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. He was unprofessional, rude and straight out ripped me off. Go somewhere else!

The office was very timely returning my call which made me happy to begin with, and the quote was extremely reasonable, upon completion of the work I was extremely pleased with the quality and Gary was great to chat with and real respectful of my house. I'm a contractor myself so I'm very critical but this fella just hit the mark and I would do business with him again in a heart beat.

Most professional looking plumbers ... They are clean and clean up after there job is finished ... The owner was very thorough when explaining and answering my questions.
