Debbie Wrobel	Only gave one star because it was the least you can give. We had a plugged toilet. Called on Saturday, didn't call back until Monday. Couldn't come out till Wednesday. We told him before 2:30 and he called at 3:15 to come out. Rescheduled for Friday and he forgot. Finally came out Saturday one week after initial phone call and scratched the porcelain off the inside of our toilet bowl. Plus he did not take charge card although he advertises that he does. What about this is same day or quality service?
