I first called due to an emergency pouring water leak in our very high 18' basement ceiling. There was no way one could easily get a ladder high enough to see where the water was coming from. I was certain this could not be easily resolved. Spence took one look at it, then asked what was above the ceiling a coat closet which he looked at. Then he asked what was directly above that, which was a guest room shower that was hardly ever used. He went up and down the staircase, looking at the two spaces and gave me his assessment: someone ran the shower my parents who were in town, and in the closet, the clothes hanging bar was screwed into the dry wall and he guessed that the screws must have punctured a water pipe. He cut open the drywall and sure enough, his guess was RIGHT! He then cut out the pipe and put in a replacement to cover the holesall in one visit! No more leak! I imagine someone else would've set another appt to bring in a high ladder to inspect and charge me up the wazoo! Since then, Spence has been my go-to plumber for our residence and two different business locations. He almost always answers his phone or text and follows through on jobs. Not to mention, he's a good and trustworthy guy. I highly recommend him!
