Very prompt service on our 120K boiler. They were at my shop within about 1-1/2 hours. Problem diagnosed quickly. To my surprise, the repair part was on the van and they had the unit up an running. I also had them remove the burner tubes and vacuum all the debris from bottom of boiler. Great job by Gary & Chad?.

I'm and engineer and diagnosed my own furnace. I called the dispatcher and asked SPECIFICALLY if they had the part that was needed to fix my furnace. The dispatcher told me that they indeed had the part in their truck, so I agreed to have them come to my house. The tech didn't understand how to use his multimeter. He was measuring resistance in parallel. He diagnosed the furnace and told me what I already knew, went to his truck and DID NOT have the part, then charged me for literally doing NOTHING useful. I would give zero stars if I could. He forgot his power switch magnet so at least I got something to put on the refrigerator. The incompetence was palpable.

My experience with Boss Services was very positive. A very friendly person answered the phone and was able to get me scheduled very quickly. When there was a possible time issue with my appointment, they called and gave me options. Trevor was prompt, polite, and answered all my questions. He was able to give me a couple of appointment options for completing my project. Trevor and Jared arrived, on time, at our appointed time for the project to be completed. They were polite, professional, and completed the job exactly as discussed in reasonable time frame. They cleaned up after themselves before they left. It was a very positive experience and I plan to use Boss Services again in the future. Thanks, Trevor and Jared!
