| JJ F | I have been a loyal Menards customer since I moved to Indiana in 2002. I have been back in Michigan since 2008 and was happy to see Menards come into this area. However, because Menards got extremely greedy and decided to price gouge on basic items that we need during this difficult time, I have made the decision to never shop at Menards again. It was my favorite home care store but I cannot in good conscience shop at a store that would that advantage of people at this time. I recommend Home Depot or Lowes as an alternative. I will pay a little more at Home Depot or Ace Hardware to avoid Menards but I think that it is worth it. I hope Menards goes out of business because of their stupidity. |
| Wendy Davis | Went there on Sunday was told have to have a mask, went home got mask. We came back seen them let numerous people in without mask even seen two employees with there's around their necks. We went to building materials to purchase some lumber Mike A was so rude we didn't even get all that we needed. He was waiting on us and ask another customer if they just had a question and they said yes so he answered their question and left us standing their waiting to finish our order. Menards lost couple thousand dollars on us he treated us like we were bothering him told us how Menards have lost half of their employees like that is our fault! My husband went back today to get some more stuff and was treated the same way we will go back to Home Depot or to the Menards in Davison to use our rebates. I don't know what happened to customer satisfaction but you guys have lost it! |
