Stopped in today for an issue with a toilet supply line. Jason was extraordinarily helpful and took his time to help figure out the next steps. When they did not have the part in stock, he sent me to someone who did. Really appreciate the kindness and helpfulness!

We recently remodeled our small bathroom in our modest Cape Cod style home. Our contractor recommended we go to Builders Plumbing and Heating supply and ask for Amanda. She was fantastic! Friendly and super knowledgeable about the mechanics, components, and materials, but also a great eye for design. We wanted to keep the "vintage" style of the old bathroom, but add a fresh twist. She helped us select a deeper soaking tub and the perfect fixtures for our sink, shower, and towels. Also, Amanda was on top of our order. We needed the bathtub ASAP to meet the schedule for installation. It was delivered as she said. We highly recommend this establishment and will definitely use their services again if the need arises.

My husband and I had so many questions, and she handled our project with excellence and professionalism.
