I don't have much to complain about the actual construction, but the contractor Mike didn't pull any permits despite explicitly telling me he would. Luckily I called the building department before paying, so I was able to talk to them and get everything sorted out, but it took a week longer than it should have and the receptionist was unhappy about the situation. I would recommend checking any permit work yourself if you use these people, otherwise, the construction was fine.

I needed my radiators' valves replaced, and the radiators themselves pitched correctly. Seamus called a half-hour in advance of his arrival, and when he arrived, he was quick & professional, handling each radiator efficiently. He was clearly knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions. It's been a week, and the banging we used to experience when our heat was on is gone! These guys rock.

It was our second time meeting with Seamus from LLC Mechanical, today. Seamus knows everything about furnaces! Clearly he has worked in this business for years and knows it in and out. He gave us clear explanations to our questions and great advice. Service was of good quality too. Thank you!
