Sila replaced our existing combination heat/hot water wall mounted boiler. Graham, our Sila Project Manager assisted us in selecting the best solution for our home. The install team arrived on time, were great communicators, and were professional, clean, and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with our new system and we will be recommending Sila to friends and family. 10/10 A++

I'm so baffled how bad this organization is. Started strong and responsive with an AC issue. Heat issues in the house. Sila came and changed 2 thermostats. Problem got worse. Sila came back and insisted all set . I knew zone wasnt working. Technician insisted it was. I was right. Never worked. Came out again and tech had to "order a part". Never came back and we gave it a few weeks. Called again. Very apologetic and we set a time for a "Supervisor "to come out. Had to take off a day at work. Guy NEVER showed. Called Sila and rep said it was on the schedule so she had no answers. I told her to forget it and she convinced me to wait for a phone call from a manager. I agreed. Guess what? NEVER called!!! U cant make this stuff up. Stay away from Sila!!!

The service call was excellent and we were very happy. I called Sila and had one of their top service reps out to our house within 15 hours. John was polite, punctual, very easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. He took the time to think about a few possible problems, and then correctly diagnosed and fixed the eventual issue which, by the way, he was able to do very quickly because of his years of experience, since the problem was not obvious. Thank you John!
