| kathryn cataldo | I requested a morning appointment which they couldn't provide didn't end up showing up until 2:30pm afternoon. I was told they would check the draining after pumping they system which they didn't as it turned out I had a blockage and asked for drain cleaning first but the argumentative customer service rep insisted the system needed to be pumped. When they left the property they had broken the septic cap and left with out speaking with me. I called the next day and telling them they didn't do what I hired them to do and the customer service rep became completely argumentative with me. I asked to speak with her manager he of course was unavailable and would call me back it has been 28 hours and I have not heard back from this company. I would suggest find another company because this company does not appreciate your business nor do they care what king of job they do. |
