We just had an outdoor faucet installed and I was very impressed with the plumber who did the work. He arrived on time, professionally and politely introduced himself and then went to work. We walked through the work to be done and he figured out the best way to do it. After he finished the work he made sure that I saw and approved the work.He was neat in his work and cleaned up after himself, unusual for most plumbers. I will be hiring them to service my boiler and have taken advantage of their special service deal.

Kyle from Maffei was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the extra time to make sure warranties were still in place for our tankless system. He was very thorough with explaining the issues we were facing and what our options were. Very good first impression. We are scheduled to have several components and controls replaced. So far so good.

Adam was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He arrived early and worked efficiently. He took the time to show us what was causing the water damage and made sure there were no more leaks before he left. I highly recommend Maffei services as this is the second time I've used them for two separate plumbing issues and each experience has been a great experience!
