We are a long time customer! Always wonderful service. This time we were away and the heater would not turn on. I called and explained that we were away but the realtor could meet them. They came out very quickly and found air in the line. They got the heater going and lit the pilots on the stove!

We are always pleased with the speed that Snow's responds to our service calls. We had an error message on our system and the tech was there within 45 minutes. They worked on the system and we were back up in an hour. The techs are always professional, well informed about our system, and very nice. We are pleased with the service and have recommended them in the past. We did have one problem, and that was that we were billed for the service which should have been covered by our service contract. This required a couple of phone calls, and the billing dept always is confusing. That error kind of takes the bloom off the rose.

Snow's keeps my vacation home's fuel oil tank full year-round, even though it's only inhabited for three months. Their remote fuel-level detection system works well and it's a turnkey process for me. When I need to speak with them, they're always really helpful. What's not to love?
