| Nanne James | After 18 years of babysitting our washer in case it overflowed, we finally found a great plumber Brian, who took the time for a "show and tell", talked with us about the problem, and ultimately replaced and re-configured a section of pipe, added a vent, etc., which made a huge difference. He also called in a good drain guy that he works with, to clean and scrape the pipe that leads out to our septic system. They made a good team, and our problem has disappeared. We couldn't be happier ! As the other reviews have stated, Brian is very diligent, and wouldn't leave until all was perfect.
