I came into the gallery this weekend and walked around for a little bit. I was greeted by a well-dressed young man that asked me if I needed help with anything and warmly welcomed me to the gallery. He stated that if I needed anything that he would connect me with a design consultant since he was not in sales. He said he was new but has worked within the industry for about three years. He said the sales staff was with other people at the moment and that it just might be a short wait. While waiting he answered my questions and went out of his way to offer brochures for me to take home with if I didn't have time to wait to work with someone on Saturday. As I was just window shopping, he treated me like I mattered. His overall camaraderie was nice to see. I will be back when it's time to renovate my Powder room as I had this good first experience.

I stopped in recently there was only one woman there. She was with a client but I was there walking around and locking at vanities for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. I now know how Julia Roberts felt in Pretty Woman. She lost my business
