I've read many of the reviews about Ken and I felt compelled to write my own. I met Ken quite by mistake several months ago outside a restaurant that both of us found closed. We shared some information about a job I needed done at my Dad's house. I finally contacted him recently, and he came to my Dad's house and gave me an estimate. He did a terrific job and managed to get it done in one day and at the price he quoted. The work and materials were completed clean and professionally. Ken has his own personality which may seem to be a little dry, but hell..., he's a businessman and he was there to do a job, not make friends with me. I'm sure he meets many people on a daily basis and customers aren't always the easiest people to work with and around. I myself enjoyed talking to him and he seemed to be a great guy. I didn't stand around pestering him and let him do his thing. Great job Ken! I'd gladly recommend your services to anyone. Good plumbers aren't always easy to find.

I have hired Ken many times over the years for several different jobs. i have also referred him to many family members and friends. Ken always returns calls promptly, arrives at the designated time, completes the job in a timely manner, and on budget. You'll be hard-pressed to find a more reliable contractor.

Ken is a grumpy man who thinks it is okay to charge high prices for small jobs. After he quoted me 195 for a 30 min faucet replacement, I told him no thanks and let him know the estimate provided by Home Advisor was 60 less. He told me “you don't know what a fair price is”. Since there was no real plumbing required, I did the job myself and saved myself the 200!
