We've been working with Ken and Absolute Precision for over 20 years. Originally, they replaced an electric heating system with an oil-fired hot water 4-zone system across 3-floors. Not a simple job. But they made it look easy. Recently had circulator pumps and expansion tank replacement work done. As always, they do a great job of setting expectations, providing a reasonable estimate, and always show up when promised. The quality of work is outstanding. Brad worked with us on our recent updates. He was personable, on-time, and work was exceptional. They are definitely, our go-to plumbing and heating company. Great people. Great work. The technician, Fabio, was excellent. He diagnosed the problems, searched and obtained the parts, and stayed until my heat was back on. He was truly concerned for the comfort of me and my family and I truly appreciated that. He wasn't leaving until we had heat. Very conscientious and true customer focus.

Our experience with Absolute Plumbing was great! From the very beginning Ken was super responsive to all of my questions and requests of which there were many. We hired Ken to put in a new boiler and hot water heater he was extremely accomodating with schedules over the holidays etc. Ken and Brad showed up as scheduled and left our basement neater than it started out. I am happy that we now have a "go to" plumber.
