We needed to replace our boiler, which also provides hot water, in our condo. Boston Standard excelled in every step! The project was reviewed in detail and options were discussed, all in layperson terms. They were not simply pitching one most expensive plan. The proposal was very thorough and easy to understand. Scheduling was handled efficiently through the well trained and courteous office staff. The installers were fantastic - punctual, would explain what they were doing, professional and courteous.
