The service man arrived exactly on time. He surveyed what needed to be done. He was dealing with iron pipes from 1926 and an old soap stone sink, which posed a big challenge. But he was up to it. He opened the access and cleaned out the pipe where the clog was. He made several intelligent recommendations on what my options were moving forward, which were greatly appreciated. It's always comforting having service people who are experienced, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He did a super job getting us back to normal.

Very punctual. Arrived exactly on time and did the work of clearing a plugged kitchen sink. However, I was unaware of the 514 "flat rate fee". I understand paying more than a standard plumber because of the next day service. But rates that run 5x a standard plumber is very excessive. I didn't think to ask on pricing because never would I have expected a 15 minute job to have a 500 fee.

Glen, the technician who helped us out was very knowledgeable. He was able to identify the main at first glance within the first five minutes of walking into our home. He was very friendly and professional as well. He took the time to explain in the detail what was going on to my wife and put her mind at ease - that's more valuable to me than anything.
