He was not offended that I did my own research to back up what he was telling me, and explained any questions I had based on my googling. He gave me a lot of his time before I was even officially his customer, and helped me apply for a rebate on the energy efficient machine his crew installed. He was on vacation the day of installation and was still available to answer my questions and make sure his crew had everything they needed!
