John Grant	I can't comment on returning phone calls previous review because my builder contacted Carrier on my behalf when my tankless hot water heater developed a leak. Carrier had installed the unit when the house was built. I was told that someone would come out at 2:00 pm THAT SAME AFTERNOON to diagnose the problem. Andy and Mark ? showed up at 2:00 and quickly found that the leak was in the heatexchanger, not a simple loose fitting that could be fixed with a pipe wrench and Teflon tape. The entire unit needed to be replaced. They were back with a new unit at 7:45 am THE NEXT MORNING. They removed the old unit, installed the new unit, and we had a new water heater by 9:00 am! Fast, professional and friendly service. Highly recommended!
