Plumbing services by Milltown Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Drain Cleaning in Chelmsford, Massachusetts

We contacted Milltown last week to get 5 plumbing jobs done and we hoped they could be done in one day. They took our information and explained that the technician would come out, be fully stocked and equipped to do what we asked for and that they would contact us just before the date to confirm and let us know what time to expect them. They called the night before, told us the time and we were lucky enough to get Tim C. He showed up on time, went over the list of things we wanted to get done and he went with us as we explained each job. He then wrote up an estimate, gave us some feedback and a heads-up on what he might find when he got into the jobs. We accepted and he got to work right away. He was very personable and knowledgeable and was always looking to repair instead of replace. Inevitably, there were some places where 'replace' was required but we were given options and no pressure. Tim did a truly outstanding job on all the work. At one point he had to turn off the water to the house and noticed that the whole house shutoff had seized. He contacted the town Water Dept on our behalf and explained the situation. They were out very quickly and Tim worked with them to get the shutoff replaced. As Tim was going along, he cleaned up after himself. On top of doing fantastic work on all the tasks, he inspected the rest of our plumbing for any potential issues - he found none. I'm trying to find the words to say how pleased we were with Tim but "great", "friendly" and "superlative" just don't seem adequate but we'll go with those for now. The next time I call Milltown for service, I'm going to ask for Tim. We've had Milltown out to do work for us before and we've been very happy with them - that's why we continue to reach out to them first. We have, and will continue, to recommend Milltown to friends and family. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.
