I called this company to repair the diverter for my shower and I am frustrated for paying 78 Service Fee to have someone come to my place to tell me I need to research for the part And let them know when I find the part. I'm not a plumber, I don't know the resources to find this and I have no time for that! I can't believe I got charged for that!
