This was the first time visited the store and I needed a replacement hose for my kitchen sink. I was greeted by Melanie at the front desk along with a couple other employees. Within 2 minutes they had the make and model of my faucet and started to check the inventory for the part. They had it in stock! I was in and out in 5 minutes, well worth the trip. The showroom was filled with all sorts of high end kitchen and bath items. I will be back.

I remodeled by house including 4 bathrooms back in 2007. All shower doors, jacuzzi baths, bowls, plumbing and fixtures were purchased at Salem Plumbing and Bath. By and large, we have had very few issues over the last 12 years... but the couple of times we needed to replace a small part, no worries. I call Salem Plumbing & bath and they good natured lay look up my items and direct me on how best to get a replacement part from them or the manufacturer. WOW!
