Anytime I have come in or called everyone has been nice and never seem like they hate being there like some bigger stores. Only down side is the pricing can be higher than say Lowes or Home Depot, worth it to support a local business and the people of our town. |

| erik lufkin | I discussed the product I needed with a sales associate and waited for the late delivery to be wrong. I called and talked to another associate who's voice was so distorted I asked him to pull back from the receiver so I could understand him. He didn't and I couldn't make out 90 of what he said. I called again and was handed over twice to two different associates - neither of which knew the relatively common product to which I referred. One called back and asked for a picture of the product, which happens to be a deck fascia board. I gave him the dimensions and material makeup and he came back with a price. I called the next day, asked for him specifically because apparently he is the only one who has any knowledge about this product because I gave it to him and was told he was processing an order, and he would call me right back. An hour later I called and was told he was out to lunch. This is not professional service, and this will be the last time I deal with these people. Erik Lufkin |
