Michael Keys is the best! He knows exactly what he is doing regarding plumbing. He told me step by step what he was doing in my home. I've reached out to Len the Plumber on several occasions to get my issue resolved and no one will return my call. It seems they're in the business of ripping off their customers, taking all their fixtures, replacing them with inferior parts from their truck and then disappearing while charging exorbitant pricing. The parts don't fit, so I still have a hole in my tile. I've gone to several plumbers and parts stores who are all horrified to hear how my shower and drywall were torn apart, and that no one will return my calls. Do not use them if you want ethical service.

Brian came out today early for us, gave us a great evaluation and great advice to help us fit our job to our needs, then did a great job installing our new water heater and showing me how to work its adjustments and attend to its maintenance. He gave me far and away one of the best plumbing services I've ever had to one of my homes. He was terrific!!
