| V | Do NOT work with this company!! I would give them 0 stars if possible. They are extremely unprofessional, unresponsive and RUDE! I had asked several times for the schedule/ time table on when the project for my bathrooms would begin so I could request off work. I had stated my preferred dates. They did not reply for over three weeks. Then all of a sudden they email me stating that they can begin in 3 days. That is extremely short notice and not the dates I had wanted. I then received an invoice with different start date! I have no idea where these different dates came from. I stated that I no longer wished to work with them and they tried to charge me for tile I did NOT tell them to order. I do not know of any legitimate businesses who order materials before confirming with their customers on when the project will begin, if the materials are what they want, and detailing the process of the renovation. Save yourself the headache and work with a legit business. |
