Are use cool breeze for many years when I lived in Silver Spring. A few years ago I moved to Columbia and started getting my unit serviced by a different company. Turned out that company could not keep a scheduled appointment and they gave me bad advice on several occasions. Since then I have returned to cool breeze and I've been very satisfied. The technician who came out this time did a great job and was very helpful. He even spotted some things from my previous company that were incorrect and needed to be fixed. The issues he spotted could've caused a major disaster and flood in my basement, so I'm glad he caught it and took the time to explain it to me. Great service. Glad to be back.

We had water leak from the pipe on top of the hot water heater at night. I called in the morning when Cool Breeze opened. The expert from Cool Breeze came very quick in the morning looking at it and identified the issue, gave estimates and told us he would be back in the afternoon to fix it. He came on time as promised and fixed it, with a very fair price. Excellent service! We sure will use Cool Breeze again.
