After not getting anywhere or being able to locate a clog we broke down and called ASAP. Justin told us he would try and be out before noon, and he showed up by 10:00 and got right to the problem. He was very informative and straigh forward, about how we should maintain our system going forward. He went above and beyond for us, and didnt mind explaining to us what we had been I'll informed on. He recommended a few things to bring our system up to code and generally helped us plan ahead. We greatly appreciate everything he did! |
| Jason Lunnermon | I just called and needed septic service at my apartment complex and spoke with a very nice lady that took my information and had a driver call me back... I also asked her what is the price because I know it's after hours and may be more than what I am used to paying, she said 210 and I agreed. A little while later I received a call from the driver. Now first he sounded high or maybe drunk... I truly don't know, but something was wrong. He started with all these questions, and more questions and more questions... Just basically trying to find a reasreason to charge me more or not come.. Then after the million slow questions he said after hours I'm looking at a minimum of 345.. I'm not crazy ,I pay 200 every time for this small septic tank I would not even mind if that was the price . But when I am quoted a price, then someone calls back & sounds that way & pushes the price to 345..I CANNOT DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!! I am a retired army staff sergeant and a small business owner & I know good business. . That's not it |
