| obyrd22 . | This company was referred/assigned to me from my home warranty company. I had to contact them to schedule an appointment. They came out assessed my leaky ceiling as a toilet flange issue high is not covered by the warranty company. I had them repair the flange and was guaranteed my ceiling would not leak. I was even told the work they completed was covered under a 13 month warranty. 2 months later my ceiling started leaking again. I called to have them come out and inspect but was told I had to pay a fee. Then they suggest I could call my warranty company to have them come out and if it is a problem with the flange they would reimburse my deductible. I couldn't understand if the work is covered under a warranty why do I have to pay a fee for them to inspect their own work. The admin assistant was not helpful at all and no one never returned my calls. If this company is assigned to you by your warranty request another company. |
