She stated that she reached out to us to make an appointment which was not true. We have caller id and fios apps that prove no incoming calls came from Haynes Plumbing. Karen called the other homeowners place of work and didn't even say good morning this is Karen calling from Haynes Plumbing and I would like to speak with you regarding our diagnostics on your water heater and the next steps to take. She just said I am sending Paul. Where to my job? And when you call the DC Office you get bad customer service. |
| Dino Sings | I called Haynes Plumbing after I was informed that our work order was dispatched to them by 2-10 Home Warranty Service. Since the Plumber Paul was so Customer Service savvy I was expecting the same from the office, but I was in for an unpleasant surprise, not sure if it was a bad day or what. Karen is very unprofessional...when she answered the phone she didn't even give her name I had to ask for it and she's told 2-10 that she called us to make an appointment for installation, that wasn't true.
