Plumbing services by Michael & Son Services in Hyattsville, Maryland

I was conned into signing up for a home warranty package when I had someone out to fix my furnace over the summer. It included a plumbing inspection so when the ceiling in my living room starting leaking I called Michael & Sons again and the lady on the phone said it would be covered and she set up my appointment. The technician who came out was an HVAC tech and after looking at the furnace and outdoor unit even after being told that wasn't why we called he said we needed a plumber and scheduled a new appointment for the next day. The plumber came out and said that the diagnostic wasn't included in the package that I paid a lot of money for and that it would be another 200 just to find the issue. After cutting an absurd hole, that looks like he just punched through my drywall, in my ceiling we were told it was an HVAC issue and we would have to schedule ANOTHER appointment with a HVAC tech who was just there and did nothing just for them to tell me how they could fix the problem. So basically I've spent a stupid amount of money and my ceiling is still leaking.

Lifesaver! You never know when an unexpected emergency will arise!!! Today was that day for me. I am able to end my day with the comfort of knowing that Chris and Anselm displayed the highest level of customer service, were very patient with me and made sure I was educated on how to best ensure my appliances are taken care of and what I have access to in ensuring the highest working efficiency. With everything that is going on I was happy I had all of my issues resolved today! Thank you!!
